so you want to be an effective and impactful preacher right?

You have heard it said, “The harvest is plenty, but the workers are few” this applies to preaching the Gospel message and God’s Word. Not only are there few preachers, but there are even fewer great and effective preachers. This isn’t due to a lack of calling, gifting, or anointing from God; it comes from a rampant lack of discipline that many communicators of God’s Word seem to have today.

Because of this, many preachers stop grinding, stop growing, and inevitably stop taking ground in the effectiveness and quality of their preaching. As a result, the church is often no longer the most vital voice in people’s lives, and there isn’t as much life change as there could be.

The weight and responsibility of preaching is not only a gifting and calling but an honor and privilege that we as preachers need to be taking more seriously than ever before.

Maybe you have found yourself in a place where you have stopped growing in your preaching, or perhaps you feel like you have hit your ceiling in communicating and aren’t sure how to improve or how to keep growing. And maybe it’s because you don’t have someone in your life to walk with you and help you develop your preaching gift to its full potential. EVERYONE NEEDS A COACH! and Everyone can benefit from having a mentor.

 Everyone Needs a Preaching Coach

That’s where I come in. God has not only called and gifted me to teach and preach his Word, but he has also gifted me with the ability and passion for developing preachers. I have excellent foresight in seeing a preacher’s long-term potential and how to help you break through preaching plateaus and go beyond the ceiling where most preachers tap out.

Chances are you have a much greater potential than you even realize; it just has to be grown, cultivated, and refined, and that doesn’t happen by flying solo. The question you have to ask yourself is this: Is the salvation and discipleship of others worth investing time and resources to help you be the best preacher you can be?

Developing and equipping other preachers is a passion of mine, and I would be honored to be a part of your preaching journey to help you reach your full God-given potential! I want to see you take more ground than ever before in the effectiveness and reach of your preaching. I want to see you maximize your effectiveness in God’s kingdom as a servant of Christ. I want to help you use your gift of speaking to speak as though God himself were speaking through you (1 Peter 4:11). As your preaching coach and mentor, I am fully confident that I can help you develop your preaching to the Next Level and beyond!

So if the salvation and discipleship of others and developing your gift as a preacher seem worth investing in, I want to encourage you to consider trusting me as your preaching coach and mentor and signing up for a One on One Coaching Session to improve your preaching.

“Peter has helped me improve in all areas of my preaching. when I first began working with Peter I was extremely anxious on stage, I didn’t know how to break down scripture, I would speed through all of my content and my ideas were really underdeveloped. Over the course of my preaching coaching sessions with Peter, I saw a huge shift in my preaching. He helped me feel more comfortable on the stage, he helped me learn how to break down scripture well as I preach. Peter also helped me significantly when it came to slowing down my pacing as I speak and fully developing my sermon ideas so they could make a deeper impact. I am a better preacher today because of my preaching coaching sessions with Peter and his influence. ”

“Peter has not only helped my preaching grow in a practical sense but he has also uniquely spoken into, championed, and encouraged me to use the natural gifts I have to strengthen my preaching that I wasn’t aware I had. Peter really helped draw out my passion for storytelling and illustrations in sermons and challenged me not to put a cap on those things but to utilize them, and he reminded me that those gifts are uniquely given to me by God. Thank you Peter for seeing the gifts and potential I had when I didn't, it has not only grown my preaching abilities but also my overall comfortability on stage. ”

“Peter has helped me grow in many aspects of my preaching and communicating. He helped me find my own voice and presence on stage by taking my storytelling and illustrations to the next level. He supported me by encouraging my uniqueness and differences to shine and stand out on stage rather than suppress them, which helped me become less anxious and nervous on stage and feel comfortable in my own shoes. He helped me slow down with my messages and not just rush through them; which has allowed my main sermon points to hit so much deeper in the hearts of the audience. Thanks to Peter coaching, I have grown not only as a communicator, storyteller but also as a sermon planner as well. ”

“When I first reached out to Peter for preaching coaching, I was nervous to even talk about the idea of preaching. Since then, Peter has helped me grow so much as a communicator. He pointed out the gifts I have for communicating. Peter walked with me through each and every step to becoming a good communicator. He didn’t rush the process; he simply just taught me what he knew and let God do the rest. Peter would encourage me and remind me to trust God and let him move as I prepared for preaching. Peter would encourage me with the things I did well on and help me with the things I could improve on. He always made me excited for the next time I would preach because he offered the perfect balance of critique and compassion. Peter took me on a preaching journey, and I felt more ready to take on bigger stages when the time came. Peter not only helped me grow as a communicator, but he also cared about my personal walk with the Lord, and I couldn’t be more thankful.”
